Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of product delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Used or damaged products
• Software or downloadable products
• Products without original packaging
• Clearance or final sale items
• Customized or special-order items

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive:

• a damaged product,
• defective item,
• missing accessories, or
• wrong product,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Product photos/videos
• Description of the issue

Our support team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are:

• defective,
• damaged during shipping, or
• incorrect products.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
